Customers are advised to confirm details with a Fitness At Home representative prior to making any decision in regards to rental or sales. It should also be noted that information contained in the Personal Training section of this website is of a general nature, and as such, may not be suitable for your individual circumstances.
 
Fitness At Home strongly recommends that you consult with your Doctor for a thorough medical assessment prior to commencing any exercise program.

The Fitness At Home Company are legally not obliged to provide you with a refund if you have simply changed your mind about a particular purchase or would like to cancel your order, so please choose your product carefully. A refund is at the discretion of Fitness at Home and is likely to incur a 10% booking fee of the original purchase price. This booking fee covers the transaction charge that we incur for accepting your credit card transaction, our time in processing the order and in refunding. However, if the goods you have received are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.

All customer information will be treated under the terms of the Privacy Act. We will not pass on your details to other companies. We may identify and inform you of other products and services offered by Fitness at Home which would be of interest to you. Please advise us if you do not wish us to do so.
