Customers are advised to confirm details with a Fitness At Home representative prior to making any decision in regards to rental or sales. It should also be noted that information contained in the Personal Training section of this website is of a general nature, and as such, may not be suitable for your individual circumstances.

Fitness At Home strongly recommends that prior to commencing any exercise program, you should consult with your Doctor for a thorough medical assessment.

Returns Policy The item(s) Returns must be returned in 'new' or 'like new' condition in its original packaging and must be in Fitness at Homes possession within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund. You pay delivery and return shipping costs (we can schedule pickup at your request). Note that some items are sold with promotional Free Shipping programs. You will be responsible for the actual delivery and return shipping fees incurred to transport. We will refund shipping charges if product is shipped to you as result of our error.

Refunds We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase or would like to cancel your order, so please choose your product carefully. A refund is at the discretion of Fitness at Home and is likely to incur a 10% booking fee of the original purchase price. This booking fee covers the transaction charge that we incur for accepting your credit card transaction, our time in processing the order and in refunding. However, if the goods you have received are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.

Privacy All customer information will be treated under the terms of the Privacy Act. We will not pass on your details to other companies. We may identify and inform you of other products and services offered by Fitnes at Home which would be of interest to you. You must tell us if you do not wish us to do so.
